We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our natural herbal products. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.
1. General Return Policy
Due to the health and personal nature of consumable herbal products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
We can only accept a return for a full refund under the following conditions:

The item is unopened, in its original sealed packaging.

The item is returned within 04 days of the delivery date.

The item is in the same condition that you received it (undamaged, unused, with all original labels and seals intact).
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sherrinaturals@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund at no cost to you. Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect product.
3. Refund Process

Approval: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of our error (damaged/incorrect item).
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at sherrinaturals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package.
Note: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used products.

Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.

Gift cards or downloadable products.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
